Ingredients

1.5 oz blackberry vodka

0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

0.5 oz crème de violette

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz cinnamon syrup

1 oz (to top) sparkling water

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add blackberry vodka, elderflower liqueur, crème de violette, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

4. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

5. Top with sparkling water to add a touch of effervescence.

6. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of fresh thyme.
