Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur

1 oz Mango Nectar

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

2 dashes Orange Bitters

splash Club Soda

twist for garnish Lime Peel

1 for garnish Fresh Mint Sprig

Instructions

1. Chill your cocktail glasses by placing them in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.

3. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, mango nectar, lime juice, and bitters to the shaker.

4. Shake the mixture vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-mixed and chilled.

5. Strain the mixture into the chilled glasses.

6. Top each glass with a splash of club soda, filling it to just below the rim.

7. Gently stir with a bar spoon to combine.

8. Garnish with a twist of lime peel and a fresh mint sprig on each glass for a refreshing aroma.
