Ingredients
2 oz Premium gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz Triple sec
1 oz Fresh pink grapefruit juice
Pinch Disco glitter (edible)
Splash Tonic water
1 piece Hibiscus flower
1 piece Edible gold star
Instructions
1. Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, triple sec, pink grapefruit juice, and a dash of disco glitter.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
4. Empty the ice from the chilled coupe glass.
5. Double strain the mixture into the glass to achieve a smooth texture.
6. Top with a splash of tonic water for added effervescence.
7. Float a hibiscus flower on top and garnish with an edible gold star for that retro, celestial touch.
8. Serve immediately and dance away!
