Ingredients

1 oz Strawberry and watermelon vodka

0.5 oz Amaretto

0.5 oz Malibu

1 oz Passion fruit juice

0.5 oz Pineapple juice

0.5 oz Grenadine

0.25 oz Cherry liqueur

Lots Ice

For garnish Star fruit

For garnish Mint sprig

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add 1 oz of strawberry and watermelon vodka, 0.5 oz of Amaretto, and 0.5 oz of Malibu to the shaker.

3. Pour in 1 oz of passion fruit juice and 0.5 oz of pineapple juice for a tropical sweetness.

4. Add 0.5 oz of grenadine for a pink hue.

5. Include 0.25 oz of cherry liqueur to enhance the pink and deepen the flavor profile.

6. Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well-chilled and combined.

7. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

8. Garnish with a thin slice of star fruit and a mint sprig for a pop of color.
