Ingredients

1.5 oz gin

0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz hibiscus syrup

top up champagne

for garnish fresh hibiscus flower

for garnish rosemary twig

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and hibiscus syrup to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

5. Top with champagne gently to preserve the bubbles.

6. Garnish with a fresh hibiscus flower and a twig of rosemary.
