Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz Elderflower liqueur

1/2 oz Rose syrup

3/4 oz Lemon juice

Splash Pomegranate juice

Splash Sparkling rosé

1, for garnish Rosemary sprig

1, for garnish Rose petal

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of elderflower liqueur, 1/2 oz of rose syrup, 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a splash of pomegranate juice.

3. Shake well until the shaker feels cold.

4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

5. Top with a splash of dry sparkling rosé for added fizz and elegance.

6. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a rose petal for a rustic romantic touch.
